Porter liked doing this

We did our pumpkin thing tonight.  Chris tried his hand at carving Elmo, I baked some pumpkin seeds and Porter and Grandpa drew balls on a pumpkin.  At first, Porter was terrified at the inside of the pumpkin but came around once all of the gooey insides and seeds were taken out.

We waited in line for 3 1/2 hours to get Porter his first dose of the H1N1 vaccine.  He was such a good boy and we are very relieved that we got it when so many others have not.

more pumpkin patch fun

Porter had a blast at the pumpkin patch.  He got to pet goats, pick out pumpkins, play in a pit of corn, ride a tractor, and wave at a lot of strangers.  We had a great day.
